Old man winter is here! The temperature dropped 30-40 degrees in the last two days and we have some snow. Hopefully it will melt away quickly if we can get some warm weather.

January Golf in Rochester, MN!!
The streak of record breaking warm weather continues in Rochester, MN. I walked 18 at Oak Summit yesterday. Considering that I hadn’t taken a swing in two weeks I was happy with my 89 – it was right at my handicap. The forecast looks like there may be a couple of more days of golf this week.

Happy New Year!
Winter is here in Rochester. A cold front came through last night – it feels much more like January today.
The Ice Hawks maintained their undefeated record for New Year’s Eve games. It took a dominating third period to secure the win. The Hawks were down 3 – 0 before finding their stride.
My SSD RAID array failed yesterday and I’m in the process of rebuilding an image on a traditional drive. I must rethink my disaster recovery procedure after this event. Once I’m back up and running I’ll work with OCZ on drive replacements.
